Overview
Kasol is the best-known village in the Parvati Valley, with a river, cafés and an easy-going backpacker feel. Nearby Chalal, Tosh, Malana and Kheerganga offer quieter villages and short treks. It is busy in summer and cold in winter. Treat the area with respect: it is a village region, not a theme park.
