The service

Tomorrow's Trip helps you discover places in India, plan trips, share them, and keep track of shared costs. You must be 18 or over to use it.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

• You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the audience you choose, so the service can work.
• Only post things you made or have the right to share, and follow the community guidelines.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, or when the law requires.

Travel information

Guides, prices, timings, permits and safety notes are estimates written to help you plan. They can be out of date. Each carries the date we last checked it. Confirm details with official sources and providers before you travel or pay. Travel carries risk; you are responsible for your own decisions and safety.

Group expenses

The expense tools only record and calculate what members tell us. We do not hold or move money. “Settle up” suggestions and UPI links are conveniences: payments happen between you and the other person in your own payment app, and we are not a party to them or responsible for them. Check the amounts before you pay.

What you must not do

• Break the law, harass others, or post unsafe, deceptive or infringing content.
• Try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or bypass its limits.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited promotion.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for third-party services and providers listed or linked on the site, or for events during your travels. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; for meaningful changes we will tell signed-in users first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. Tomorrow's Trip is operated by Testorithm Private Limited, India.
